-Three of Glynn County’s schools have been designated as National Schools of Excellence.

-Coastal Georgia Community College is part of the University System of Georgia.
Coastal Georgia Community College offers a large number of academic and technical programs and also serves as an extended campus for Georgia Southern University and Armstrong Atlantic University, giving students the opportunity to earn undergraduate and graduate degrees without having to leave the area. With such excellent primary and secondary schools, private schools, opportunities for technical training, and a variety of collegiate possibilities, Glynn County’s workforce fully subscribes to the concept of “lifelong learning.”
